Refund policy

1. First Steps

Before proceeding with any type of return, please contact our customer service at Include your order number and a detailed description of your query or the issue you have encountered in the email.

Returns for Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us of your intention to return the product. You must send us an email detailing the defect or discrepancy. We will cover all return shipping costs. After receiving and verifying the product's condition, we will refund the full amount of the product plus the initial shipping costs within a maximum of 72 hours. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Returns of products that have been opened or used, or that are notified after 14 calendar days from the delivery date, will not be accepted.

3. Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to return any order, contact us within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the item. The return shipping costs will be your responsibility. After receiving and verifying that the product(s) are in their original condition, we will refund the full amount you paid for them using the original payment method. If the delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the delivery service and the product is returned to us, it will be considered a withdrawal, and the shipping and return costs to our warehouse will be deducted from the refund.

4. Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

5. Opened products

Due to the nature of cosmetics and personal care products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
