Refund policy
1. First Steps
Before proceeding with any type of return, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. Include your order number and a detailed description of your query or the issue you have encountered in the email.
Returns for Defective Products
If you wish to return any order for any reason, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. The return shipping costs will be borne by you. Once we have received the product(s) and verified that they are in their original condition, we will proceed to issue a refund for the full amount paid for them using the original payment method.
In the event that delivery fails for reasons attributable to the shipping carrier and the product is returned to us, this will be treated as a withdrawal, and the shipping costs and the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse will be deducted from the refund.
For orders that qualified for free shipping by exceeding the minimum order value, if after a full or partial return the order no longer meets the conditions applicable to free shipping, the standard shipping cost applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund.

4. Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
5. Opened products
Due to the nature of cosmetics and personal care products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
