If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your order; within 14 days of the date you receive the goods. Please, start the return process sending us an email to email@example.com.
Cancellations due to a defective order
After you get in touch with us; we will contact you back in less the 72 working hours stating the steps to follow. We will issue a full refund just after we receive the goods. Opened or used products won't be accepted. Return expenses are on us.
Exchanges and returns:
In the case you change your mind after we ship the order; we regret to inform you that we will not refund any shipping charges. Once, we receive the items and verify the goods are actually fine, we will issue a refund via the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
If you were to buy an item and the delivery courier is not able to deliver the parcel after several attempts; the goods will be returned to us. Should this occur, we will treat the parcel as 'abandoned' and, all shipping costs will be deducted from the original amount the client originally paid.
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched from the warehouse.
Opened products won't be subject to exchanged or refunds.
